I'm quite confused by your report. CVS is called with the log option, and I'm
not sure where you are getting those checkout commands from (they appear to be
the result of an ant:cvs command somewhere).
There have also been updates to the changelog plugin since 1.0.2: the Maven
download page has instructions for obtaining them.
If you still experience the problem, please consult the Maven Users list - if
after working through it we find there is a bug, this can be reopened.
