Serious problem in repository

This bug must have been reported by somebody else, but I can't find, so here's
my report :
It looks like to me that most (90%) of dependencies don't get downloaded
correctly because of some problems on the maven2 repositories.
for example, look at activemq 3.1. there are lots of dependencies with a
version of the form ${cglib_full_version}
which lead to failure...
Additionally, ${pom.currentVersion } does not work.. Each time, I have to
correct to pom.version
What is going on exactly ? It's been weeks and the same problem happen again
and again, with many many software avaialble from the repository
