What I uploaded does seem to have a project.xml file. If you let know what I did wrong I shoudl be able to fix it for future releases, but I do it all throughy ant so otherwise I'm likely to do the same thing again. Also, if you let me know what's the problem with jaxen I may be able to do something about fixing that.
