Resolution: Fixed
You can now use getLocalRepository() which will return an ArtifactRepository
object so that:
artifactRepository.getBasedir() will yield a usable result.
You can set a local repository directory or you can rely on the settings
builder to provide a default value of ~/.m2/repository
