Hello,
sorry but I don't understand. Do you have any example or documentation of this?
Unfortunately I can't find documentation about presented context :-(.
Can you help me, please?

I'm not sure which piece you are missing here. The configuration is a list of strings, from which you can construct an artifact filter, and that can be applied to the list of artifacts passed in from the project. I'm prtty sure the ear plugin has an example of this, but if not I'm happy to write a short guide.

I understand your argumentation about properties in artifact.
My idea was, that property in artifact have only information value and don't have impact on the transitivity.

I think that would become misleading. They would have to be deployed to the repository for consistency, and then people would start expecting them to be transitive. In addition to that, you have no way of controlling dependencies not directly listed (the above solution lets you include a dependency if it appears anywhere in the tree).

Hope this helps,
Brett
