Ørjan Austvold commented on MNG-678: ------------------------------------ We have successfully been downloading artifacts from several repositories using scp and jsch-0.1.23. Suddenly I found that I couldn't perform uploads anymore (getting the icky "Did receive proper ACK: '1'" message). I have traced the reason down to access rights on our repositories. We had simply forgotten to the the sticky group bit such that anyone could overwrite metadata on updates (linux system). Both download and upload works as expected now. Hope this can be of help! > scp intermittently failing deploying artifact > --------------------------------------------- > > Key: MNG-678 > URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MNG-678 > Project: Maven 2 > Type: Bug > Components: maven-artifact > Versions: 2.0-alpha-3 > Environment: JDK 1.5, Red Hat 9 > Reporter: Joe Futrelle > Assignee: Brett Porter > Fix For: 2.0.1 > > > Some of the time, deploying artifacts fails during the scp transfer.
