This is the first m2 release of the maven taglib plugin (
http://maven-taglib.sourceforge.net/m2 )
does the upload bundle method work also for m2 plugins? This should end up in
the m2 repository only and it will also require the metadata xml...
The plugin matrix at
http://docs.codehaus.org/display/MAVEN/Maven%20Plugin%20Matrix should also be
updated
