Wendy, Can you explain to me how you build the struts site.
I saw that now there are a lot of subproject.
Should I download each subproject ?
I would like to reproduce the error you had.
I also published the new SNAPSHOT for the xdoc plugin. Can you test it
to see if the Lukas's fix works for you
