The stax pom here is bogus:
http://www.ibiblio.org/maven2/stax/stax-api/1.0/stax-api-1.0.pom
The <dependency> needs to be removed. It doesn't exist and it doesn't make
sense becuase jsr173-api is stax-api.jar.
