excluding resources in ear archive

I'm using resourceDir for including additional resources in ear archive. Since
the project is stored in CVS, directories within resourcesDir contain 'CVS'
directories. I would like to exclude those directories from ear archive.
I believe that the same issue is with earSourceDirectory.
