Allow build output to be downloaded as text

The geronimo build output is around 6 megs and little html text area with
scroll bars is not the best way to search it and view it. It would be great to
have a 'Download as text' link from the results page so that it would be
possible to download the build output as text. Something like (just making it
up):
http://ci.gbuild.org/continuum/servlet/continuum/target/buildoutput/136.txt
That would give me build output from buildId 136
Don't really care what the URL looks like aside from the fact that I want to be
able to easily wget it so it should end in a decent file name.
