If you download 2.0.2 and 1.0.b2 from here
http://public.planetmirror.com/pub/maven/xml-apis/jars/
and compare them you see they are the same file. In fact you can read the
README where it says some related stuff
The download url is right, inside that tgz is the xml-apis.jar
