Display "Copyright {year}" when inception year and current year are the same.

By default, the bottom property contains Copyright {inceptionYear}-{year}. If
the inception year and current year are the same, something like Copyright
2005-2005 would be used. It would be nice to just display the year once, as in
Copyright 2005.
