The best way to find them (Mike, as well) - Jason set up a filter in JIRA you should be able to look at. I think it is only for MNG. You could also just do a search for "MNG patch" in the search bar.
For plugins, pick one you are interested in and look at the outstanding issues, like Mike has been doing recently. PMC members are committers on all of Maven, BTW.
