project.getDependencyArtifacts()=null and project.getArtifacts()=nuul

Hi

I'm writing my firs plugin. I don't know how to access libs defined in 
dependency. i've tried getDependencyArtifacts() and getArtifacts() but 
null was the result. Any suggestions?
