With the exception of nsis (which is required to release Maven!), the
current state is likely identical to the last release, so leaving them
as is seems fine.
At least cruisecontrol and jcoverage have had some dependencies updated
to match them with the maven core. So if we want to include them in
m1.1, we have to re-release them.
Are they bugs or feature requests? I think they can be left along unless
someone has motiviation to pick them up and release (or if there are
patches there, apply them).
JCoverage has 12 bugs, cruisecontrol 5, nsis 3.
But as I said, my main concern is that I am not using any of these
plugins and I don't want to take the responsibility to release them
untested/undocumented. Maybe somebody steps up to take over the ones
that you have -1'ed?
