Resolution options, from my perspective:
1. Make a new version directory named 1.1.3.4-RC3_min and copy the RC3_min
files there, along with a properly named pom with proper content. Rename
current version directory to 1.1.3.4-RC8_min and edit pom name and content. (I
am happy to provide poms for this option if chosen.)
2. Delete -RC3_min files, rename 1.1.3.4-RC8_min files to simply 1.1.3.4. (This
is easiest. Again, happy to help if requested.)
Given that XPP hasn't produced a new build in a while (since August 2005), I'm
not sure why the RC3_min and RC8_min etc even exist in m2 repo. The last
release was xpp3-1.1.3.4.O (that's O as in Org, not 0).
