I'm currently trying to determine the best alternative. You could use http://ci.codehaus.org/continuum-maven/repository (when it is re-upgraded to 1.0.3), or it could be setup to deploy them (my concern with this is Continuum deploying a release if it grabs it between commits to -SNAPSHOT), or the above repo could be synced to the apache location.
