Based on: maven-eclipse-plugin-2.2-20060406.203721-2.jar I would like to release version 2.2 of the maven 2 eclipse plugin. This release introduces several changes in the artifact resolution code (it doesn't require anymore to have installed artifacts for referenced reactor projects) and reverts the change discussed in MECLIPSE-37 (that forced to have compiling projects). There are still open issues (mainly enhancements) but these changes are important and surely worth a release.
