If you look in this m1 directory, you'll see there are sources jars for 0.2:
http://www.ibiblio.org/maven/norbert/jars/ But if you look in the parallel'd m2 directory, the sources jars aren't getting copied over: http://www.ibiblio.org/maven2/norbert/norbert/0.2/ Any ideas what's up? The javadoc jars do get copied over.
