This is a good idea. I have been meaning to ask for this myself, but
haven't gotten around to check where it is used. This would enable
releases of the maven-one-plugin to use the latest version of
maven-model-converter without the need for a release of components.
and
maven-meeper to archiva
Neither of these modules are required by Maven's core.
