Yes, so I'll call a vote for that and sync it with the JAR plugin.
Might be nice to make dependencies implicit in the vote to prevent
having chains of votes. I also talked to folks in #asf and on one in
the room at the time knew where the 72h thing came from but the
general rule seemed to be give people enough time in different TZs a
chance to respond. For little things 72h might be too long and it
would be actually very cool if we could track unanimous situations
which means there is no possibility of a -1 and just release it.
