I've uploaded a good number of eclipse plugins under http://repo1.maven.org/eclipse from 3.2, 3.2.1 and related eclipse projects.
There is a goal in latest eclipse plugin in svn called eclipse:install-plugins that can download and copy those plugins in your eclipse workspace. The repository is not final so things can change, I'm testing how it works until we have better Maven-OSGi integration but at least it's a solution right now to build eclipse plugins, in conjunction with the Felix OSGi plugin http://svn.apache.org/viewvc/incubator/felix/trunk/tools/maven2/maven-osgi-plugin/ and the PDE Maven plugin http://mojo.codehaus.org/pde-maven-plugin/ -- I could give you my word as a Spaniard.
