Yes, I confirm the same problem with FireFox 1.5.0.7 and IE 7. 

I think this problem has to with using "div". The behavior of floating div
seems to be error prone. On the maven homepage, for example,
http://maven.apache.org/ try shrinking the width of browser to very small,
on my FF and IE7 the divs run into each other and overlaps. Eric used the
Maven homepage as the skin template for Nabble, so the same issue
propagated.

I made a change to use <table> to hold the left navigation block and the
Nabble block. It's a simple change but seems to have fixed the overlapping
divs.

Please take a look and see if I may have broken anything. Feel free to use
the "Edit this forum" wiki to overwrite my edit.
