About to see if I can use NTLMAPS and instead of using mvn-proxy....
I should have just turned on NTLMAPS and re-run the same command, instead of also adding -cpu -U, but this has now sorted out the issue. So it looks like mvn-proxy has got garbage data somewhere and causing maven to fail.
