Continuum is up and running for all Maven 2 projects at http://
maven.zones.apache.org/continuum/. I'll keep an eye on it, and see if
we can't keep it going this time.
If you want to use it, just register and ping me (or once they've
signed up, another pmc member) to get appropriate karma.
Please sign up to the notifications@maven.apache.org list to see if
builds are succeeding.
And if anyone can fix this unit test, it would help get a number of
failing projects back: http://maven.zones.apache.org/continuum/

interpolation)
