http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MRM-271 For those interested, They will be used in the RPM Factory I'm creating. It will come with a mojo that generates the maven-metadata.xml per version 2.0.0 of the schema for the entire repository. Then it loads that instance, and generates RPMs for all the libraries in the repository.
