[vote] release 1.0-alpha-1 of minijar-maven-plugin

Hi,

I'm now using the minijar-maven-plugin in Maven 2.1-SNAPSHOT and I  
don't want to have to configure snapshot repositories. I'm probably  
going to b changing this plugin many times while I fine tune it for  
Maven 2.1 but I would like to do many alpha releases while doing that  
or it's just annoying.
