I finished up an RPM Factory Plugin recently (At least the first pass)

Just drop it into the eclipse plugins folder, and open eclipse help.
You will find a RPM Factory User Guide book.
The motivation behind this plugin is to create a RPM mirror of the
entire maven repository,
such that servers and other applications can be packaged as a "Minimal"
rpm, and pull it's dependencies
from the RPM mirror, the same way Maven builds source their dependencies
from the Maven repository.
I plan on adding a capability for also inserting OSGi manifests prior to
packaging each jar artifact,
so that that the jars packaged are also OSGi compliant.
