I would say no. Nuke it. For now in the suite comment it out with a
reason so we don't forget. For audit trail we should keep track of
retired ITs and why they were retired.

I hate to say it, but this snapshot introduces a problem I didn't
have last night. It seems like the extensions is messed up. I use
jars that contain checkstyle and pmd rules, and both are now failing
because it can't find the rules. It's basically this again:
