proposed version: 2.1-alpha-1-SNAPSHOT
The oddball jump in versioning is to keep it in sync with the
maven-model-converter release
which maven-artifact-converter depends on.

maven-transaction
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/maven/shared/trunk/maven-transaction
snapshot version: 1.0-SNAPSHOT
proposed version: 1.0-alpha-1
(These two modules need releasing in order to move along a pending
release of Archiva)
