No objections from me.   I could use it for CXF as well as we don't use 
any of the relocation things that are part of MSHADE-9.    :-)

Seriously, I'd like to see alpha-14 go out ASAP and then a beta-1 go out 
once MSHADE-9 is fixed.   (and maybe MSHADE-6 and MSHADE-8)
