I'm not a big fan of changing groupIds. It might be that I got burned,
trying to pull that off at Apache Commons.
We should ask ourselves this: What would we gain from changing groupIds?
An obvious down-side is the confusion it creates for the people using
the artifacts. In this case that's each and every plugin developer out
there.
Since a release has not been made yet, can't we just go back? So that
each artifact uses the groupIds that they had before the plugin-tools
merger.
