Can you wait a couple of days before releasing the new version? I'll
release pmd 4.2.2 over the week-end (probably tomorrow) and the pmd
plugin could be updated to use the latest version.

There's a couple of bug fixes for false positives and crashes, the
most
significant one being checking the javadoc comments in the unused
imports rule to avoid false positives.
