Thanks for reminding me. We'll implement a custom plugin to validate
the sigs and send a notification. If the sigs don't match, we can stop
the promotion.

The [email protected] list needs some way to provide oversight of
artifacts synced from the new location. Currently that's an email
when new artifacts are added to the repo, plus Henk's signature
checking scripts.
