For all those interested: I have just deployed a new snapshot of the sandbox
pdf-plugin:

We are now shading the doxia deps to resolve the conflicts between doxia-1.0 and
1.1, this seems to make the plugin work also with maven 2.0.x (I did some tests
with 2.0.6, 2.0.9 and 2.0.10). However, I have no other experience with the shade
plugin and am wondering about side effects, so I would appreciate any comments and
testing feedback.

PS disclaimer: the fo sink is much more sensitive about valid input docs and
parser bugs than the xhtml sinks used by the site plugin. The pdf generation is
much more likely to give you build errors on complicated projects even if the site
builds fine. It's still sandbox quality, so be warned! :)
