Hi,
These two releases were staged together since many of the issues from
the resources plugin prompted changes in maven-filtering. Part of the
driving force behind these releases is creating a base of released
plugins and APIs (maven-filtering) which are compatible with maven 3.x.
Aside from this, we knocked out the top-voted issues for the resources
plugin, and solved those.
For the resources plugin, we fixed 7 issues:
