This is a new component in the shared libraries section. It's intended
as an ultra-user-friendly API for resolving the dependency artifacts for
one or more project instances. Benjamin and I have spent a fair amount
of time ensuring the interfaces and exceptions are consistent between
this library and parts of the Maven 3.x core codebase. The idea is that
Maven 3.x will filter out this artifact, allowing plugins that depend on
it to use the core implementation instead in the future.
