a patch for a maven plugin, I can just zip the IT project and attach
it to the plugin's JIRA?
Just to be clear, the URL you gave applies to ITs for the Maven core,
not for plugins. If you're working on a patch for a plugin, you need to
check how this particular plugin has set up its testing harness.
