Hopefully someone who has been active in the development of Wagon will chime in here. I'm pushing this release out because of WAGON-60 which is blocking people from using the latest Site Plugin with Webdav deployment. There were 3 more issue in the basket for this release, that I pushed to a new 1.0-beta-8 release. Those can probably be merged into 1.0. For 1.0 there are currently 16 issues scheduled, but several of them are intertwined, so the real number is probably lower.
