How about 0.7 becomes Vaadin 7-based?

Not sure what happens when Vaadin 10.x comes out. Also not sure what
happens when you decide to release a "proper" 1.0 release. Maybe call
it 1.7 to indicate "stable and based on Vaadin 7"?
