During rebuild of our Java packages for Fedora 20 we have encountered an interesting issue with Maven 3.1.0[1]
When pom.xml is referencing assemblies in other module they are not resolved unless they are already in local or remote repository (i.e. reactor resolution of assemblies fails). Maven 3.0.5 works fine. I couldn't see anything in the release notes that would suggest this change was intentional, but before I file a bug maybe someone can correct me.
