The Mesatee podling is required to give reports to the incubator, initially
monthly, then every three months. See below template.

I recommend you draft the report here on dev@mesatee and then submit it in the
wiki as below **before the deadline**. I and other IPMC members can grant
access in the wiki if needed.

As this is the first report it is sufficient to respond along the lines of
"podling establishing" and report on what have already been initiated, which I
think is:

* added to incubator / whimsy
* mentors added
* mailing lists created

..and what remains:
* PPMC members to subscribe to mailing lists (important!)
* PPMC members to send in ICLAs/CCLAs
<https://www.apache.org/licenses/contributor-agreements.html>
* software grant (from copyright holder) or IP clearance (though incubator)
* git import (*after* grant/IP clearance)
* website (this can wait!)

(has any work started on any of these? Try to document it in public on
dev@mesatee or on private@mesatee if it involves legal)

BTW, there are now 6 mentors listed - so perhaps you won't need me formally.
But I will be happy to lurk around to give nudges etc!
