Folks - As we've outlined in some other tickets, we've been prep-ing mesos for proper rpm packaging. As a 1st pass Björn has done a good job in updating the auto-tools settings for stout (https://github.com/3rdparty/stout/pull/4) and the accompanying package details can be found here: (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=988545), feel free to comment.
I'm not exactly certain how this filters back into mesos, but I'm hoping someone will help Sheppard it back once the rest of the dep chain is cleaned. We will likely follow the same pattern for libprocess, and then mesos itself. Cheers, Tim
