With slave recovery, an executor stays around after the slave dies in hopes of
reconnecting to it. If for whatever reason the slave doesn't reconnect/kill the
executor, the executor should commit suicide after a timeout (likely the same
timeout the master uses to remove a non heartbeating slave).
