Hi folks, Apologies for the delays here, I'm behind on starting the release process for 0.13.0, but expect a VOTE thread sometime in the next week or so.
It will be based on 0.13.0-rc7 (possibly 0.13.0-rc8 if there are simple cherry picks that are needed). 0.13.0-rc7 has proven stable in production at Twitter. At this point, given that 0.14.0-rc1 has been tagged, we'll be updating the master branch to 0.15.0. Cheers, Ben
