Mesos has moved to svnpubsub for releases, so it is just a question of tidying
up the SVN tree here:
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/mesos/
Also the release process documentation (if any) needs to ensure that when a new
release is announced, the previous release(s) are tidied up. The announce (and
tidy up) should be held back for a few days after the release is actually
published to SVN so that the mirrors have time to catch up.
