Once the client has loaded the initial JS and templates from a master, the UI
can talk to any master for data. The UI should allow configuration of the
master hostname.
This would allow testing new features against production clusters without
upgrading the actual cluster's UI.
The masters and slaves both support JSONP already, which means there should be
no problem with cross-domain communication.
