Let's install it unconditionally but check if it exists before trying to use it
in the script (with a nice error message saying something like "no lldb found"
or something). I'd rather have someone install lldb and then just have the
script work then have to install lldb AND THEN rerun configure (or worse,
bootstrap.sh).
