Right now (or at least last I checked, I've been working on a lot of non-mesos stuff lately sadly), resources were determined by some config files at slave start. Mesosphere's packaged mesos had some pretty scriptable ones.
You could add to those scripts to look for opencl and then use opencl to generate resources that are more specific.
